The Pink Dawn Chitalpa is a small deciduous tree that tends to be multi-stemmed. It has long, bright green leaves narrow in size with abundant clusters of trumpet-shaped pale lavender-pink flowers with pale yellow throats. It is ideally suited to most soils and climates of Southwestern states. It is an excellent long blooming accent specimen for dry sites and minimal-care landscapes.
