The Cotoneaster divaricatus is mostly known for its attractive form, glossy green leaves, dark red autumn fruit and autumn foliage colors. It is commonly called ‘Spreadings Cotoneaster’ is an upright rounded, densely branched, deciduous shrub that matures to 5-6 feet tall and spreads 6-8 feet wide. During May tiny pink clusters of white flowers begin to form.
