Blue Ice is a narrowly columnar evergreen conifer boasting showy, lacy, silvery gray-blue foliage in dense sprays. The waxy, scale like needles are spirally arranged and retain a frosty blue-gray color all season. This plant is a full sun lover and is easily grown in moist, well-drained soils and it tolerates well in dry conditions when established. Another exciting key feature is that it is low maintenance. Blue Ice also does not require pruning and is virtually disease free.
