The Creeping Oregon Grape is a low, sprawling North American native shrub. It features spiny, leathery green foliage. The foliage is complimented by sprays of vibrant yellow spring flowers that are followed by clusters of blue-black fruit in late summer. It is excellent for use as a large scale ground cover in a woodland garden or in a small shrub grouping. It provides exceptional erosion control.
