This shrub features clusters of white, light pink or dark pink flowers in early to mid summer. The foliage of some cultivars exhibit color in spring and summer; autumn color bronze to purplish. It does great in full sun and moist well drained soils. However, they do tolerate dry sites and neutral soil pH. This shrub will make a beautiful addition to any border, foundation, or massing.
