The Neon Flash Spiraea has bright neon pink-red flowers. They appear over a long period and are offset by a neat mound of rich green foliage that becomes dark burgundy in fall. This beautiful shrub creates a colorful low hedge or mass planting. The flowers are showy and can also be cut to make beautiful arrangements. The shrub can be used as a border, hedge, mass planting or in a container. It tolerates poor soil as well as urban pollution and it tends to grow in a fast manner.
